Service Agreement

BuzzPro, a BuzzOnMarketing product · v1.1 · Effective July 2, 2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your subscription to the BuzzPro platform (formerly Contractor Command Center) (“Service”) operated by BuzzOnMarketing (“we,” “us”). By completing checkout and accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Subscription & billing

The Service is sold as a month-to-month subscription. Your card is billed automatically each month at the price shown at checkout. The price you lock in at signup is held for the life of your active subscription. Optional one-time add-ons (such as a website rebuild) are charged once on the same invoice and are non-recurring.

2. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment. Cancel from the customer portal (linked in your dashboard) or by contacting us. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months. After cancellation you are not billed again.

3. Territories & storm-response exclusivity

County territories are open inventory: claiming a county gives you access to its data and lead tooling, and does not prevent other customers — including those in the same trade — from claiming the same county. The storm-response postcard module is the exception: it is exclusive to one business per county while that business’s module subscription is active and in good standing. If a storm-response module subscription is canceled or terminated for non-payment, that county’s storm-response slot is released and becomes available for another business; re-claiming it later is subject to availability.

4. Non-payment & grace period

If a payment fails, your account enters a short grace period during which your territory stays active while we retry the charge. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, the subscription may be canceled and the territory released.

5. Acceptable use & data

You agree to use the Service and any leads, renders, or outreach it produces in compliance with applicable law and advertising regulations. Illustrative figures, concept visualizations, and example renders are clearly labeled as such and are not representations about any specific property or guaranteed outcome.

6. No guarantee of results

We provide lead-generation tooling and territory access. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Performance varies by market, season, and how you follow up.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this Agreement. Material changes take effect on a new version with a new effective date shown above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
